Non 18 deserving I purchased this game for my 12 year old son some weeks back, expecting a largely teen-friendly computer game, that is exactly what I got. There is minimal profanity, no sexual content and the violence is purely comical with the slightest hint of blood.
It is by far, much more teen friendly than the likes of Grand Theft Auto and Call of Duty in terms of sex and violence. In some areas there will be smoking civilians but that is the limits of drugs and alcohol. This title contains: Positive Messages.

Its also more of a light hearted comedy action game, that tries to let players get creative with what they have at hand to complete the mission.

BUT, common sense media said they say "hell" which is true, but they also say the F bomb! I was watching my kids play it and my son went to the beach and shot a bad guy. The man said "f- f--k" I'd say you hear the word every maybe minutes depending on how you play the game. Also the two friends that "hit each other in the family jewels" are guys.
